Pricing

  • Standard Session: $225 per session, and many clients receive partial reimbursement through their PPO or POS plans. I will assist you in submitting superbills to your insurance for partial reimbursement.

  • Insurance: I am in-network for Medicare Part B and Aetna.

  • Sliding Scale: Limited availability based on financial need.

Reimbursement Support:
If you have a PPO or POS insurance plan, private pay clients may be eligible for out-of-network partial reimbursement. I can help you check your benefits so you know your expected cost before starting therapy, and I will assist you in submitting superbills to your insurance plan.

How to Check Your Out-of-Network Benefits

  1. Call the number on your insurance card and ask about "out-of-network behavioral health benefits."

  2. Provide this CPT code:

    • 90837 – 60-minute individual therapy session

  3. Questions to Ask:

    • What percentage of fees is reimbursed?

    • What is my out-of-network deductible?

    • How do I submit a superbill for reimbursement?

You can also use easy apps like Reimbursify or Mentaya to help submit claims.
